Massachusetts Avenue

Massachusetts Avenue Heights real estate is located in Northwest Washington, D.C. in a small neighborhood that is anchored by the 57-acre Washington National Cathedral. Its boundaries are Woodley Road to the north, Massachusetts Avenue to the south, Wisconsin Avenue to the west, and 34th Street to the east. The majority of Massachusetts Avenue Heights real estate, however, is tucked into a small triangle between Garfield Street and Massachusetts Avenue, just north of Observatory Circle.

Residential Massachusetts Avenue Heights real estate covers only a small portion of the neighborhood. The majority of the community is occupied by the Washington National Cathedral, the sixth-largest in the world. Its grounds include the 550-student St. Albans School, a private boys school, and its sister school, the 560-student National Cathedral School. Beauvoir, the National Cathedral elementary school, serves an additional 380 boys and girls ranging from pre-kindergarten through 3rd grade.
